Asus has confirmed that it will indefinitely pause the release of new smartphone models, including the Zenfone and ROG Phone lines. The company stated this decision is part of a shift to prioritize development of AI and PC products.

Sony and TCL have signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a joint venture for Sony’s home entertainment business. According to the agreement, TCL will hold a majority stake of 51%, while Sony will retain 49%, with operations expected to start in April 2027.

The planned joint venture will oversee global activities including product development, design, manufacturing, sales, logistics, and customer support for Sony’s television and home audio products. These products will continue to be marketed under the Sony and Bravia brands.
