Phases 3 and 4 of the expansion are projected to provide up to 2.4 million square feet of space dedicated to life science research, development, and innovation. The plans include an innovation hub, co-working laboratories, learning areas, a skills and training centre, serviced apartments for keyworkers, and offices for companies supporting the life sciences sector.
